Shipping policy

* All orders include tracking information and insurance.

* All orders are shipped as soon as payment is received. I will contact you if shipping takes longer than expected.

* Custom orders, on average, take a month to complete and ship. If you need your item sooner, please let me know when you place your order. I charge an extra 30% of your order total for all expedited custom orders.

* Free shipping on ordersĀ of $130 or more, only on USPS First Class packages. Shipping will be paid by you, the customer, on any shipment that needs to be expedited, or if any other carrier is used.


Damaged Package:

* Contact me within 48 hours of receipt if your order arrives damaged.
* Please save all packaging and the product.
* Email me clear, detailed photos of the product AND the packaging.
* Some forms will need to be filled out to file the insurance claim for damaged package. Please fill those out as needed.
* I will process your refund as soon as I have been reimbursed from the shipping insurance company.

If the above steps are not done, I will be unable to issue you a refund.

Lost Package:

* Packages are not considered lost until 21 days from the date of shipping.
* If your item is lost, I will replace with a comparable item as all stones are different.

International Shipping:

* International orders can take between 10-45 days to be delivered.
* Orders to Canada generally take 10-15 days to arrive.
* Orders to Asia and Australia generally take 30-45 days to arrive.
* Orders to Europe generally take 12-28 days to arrive.
* Please note your country's postal system, service, and policies.
* Customers are responsible for all customs, tariffs, dues, and VAT.
* For UK customers, please note your country's handling/brokering fees and VAT charges.
* I am unable to mark an order as a "gift". This action would constitute mail fraud.

Please check with your Customs office and/or Postal Service if you are concerned about possible tariffs, VAT, and other import charges. Our government requires a customs declaration of value form on all parcels leaving the U.S.

You are responsible for knowing what items your country allows through customs. Refunds will not be issued for items that are not cleared through customs nor will refunds be issued to cover the import fees assessed by your country as it is unlawful for me to do so. Legally, I cannot declare any items you purchase as a gift, nor will I list the value below the insured value for shipping to avoid fees, VAT, or other customs charges.
