Refund policy

I include insurance with all of your purchases!

CANCELLATIONS:

Cancellations can only be processed 48 hours before your order ships (which is every Friday).

REFUND(S)

Please see the "Damaged Items" section in this article. 

All items are non-refundable unless your package or item has been damaged in the process if shipping.  The time frame for returns will be calculated using the tracking information offered through USPS, or UPS.

Please read the descriptions and study the pictures, they are there to ensure your satisfaction!

DAMAGED PRODUCT(S)

* Contact me within 48 hours of receipt if your order arrives damaged.
* Please save all packaging and the product.
* Email me clear, detailed photos of the product AND the packaging.
* Some forms may/will need to be filled out to file the insurance claim for damaged package. Please fill those out as needed.
* I will process your refund as soon as I have been reimbursed from the shipping insurance company.

If the above steps are not done, I will be unable to issue you a refund.

If the item is damaged beyond reasonable repair, I will be happy to make another item (as applicable, since stones are so very different) or allow you to choose a replacement product from my shop of equal value. I cannot replace or refund your purchase UNTIL I receive all necessary documentation of the damaged packaging AND the damaged item.

If the item is repairable, please send the item back and I will fix it and refund you the charges for First Class shipping as applicable.


In the event an item arrives in any condition other than what the original listing photos show due to the packaging being damaged during shipment, and we have gone through all the necessary steps with the shipment carrier, I will be glad to fix the item, and return it to you at no additional charge. Items must be returned via first class mail and/or Priority Mail with insurance and delivery confirmation and be properly packaged. I cannot assume responsibility for returns that are sent back without being properly packaged, insured, and that do not include delivery confirmation.


Custom orders are non-refundable, but I am always willing to make adjustments so that you are happy with your purchase.
